  No, you will only need to pay your first month's payment to get started. All of our monthly web design packages are all inclusive, and all costs are figured into one predictable monthly fee.

• Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time? / Is there a minimum term?

  You can cancel anytime. We want you to stick around because of our great service and results, not because of a contractual obligation, which is why we have no minimum terms for our packages.

• Can I pay a one time charge instead of a monthly package?

  Absolutely. After a quick discovery round with you, we can provide you with an upfront quote for a one time cost for your website.

• How long does the process take to finish my website?

  Typically are sites go from start to live in about 2-4 weeks. This will depend on factors related to our teams current workload, and on the response times for feedback and approvals from our clients.

• How do I request changes or edits to my website?

  Just email us your requested changes to requests@digibotweb.com, call or text us, or send it through our contact form, and we will promptly get back to you with the ETA for your changes to be live.

• Can I use my own hosting provider?

  If you are on one of our monthly packages, premium hosting is included and we require your site to be on our hosting to be able to provide you the best results and support for your website.

• Do you offer refunds?

  We guarantee your satisfaction, so if you are not 100% happy with your design mockups and no longer want to move forward, we will refund what you have paid to get started. If you have already approved your design mockups and we move forward with development, we will no longer be able to offer a refund.

• How long does it take to see results from SEO services?

  We can not guarantee any timelines for SEO because it usually takes time when doing things the right way, and there is no way to game the system when targeting long term success. Typically we can start seeing results in 4-8 months in less competitive markets, and 6-12 months in more competitive markets. Results will vary based on case by case circumstances and SEO is definitely a long game, but the payoff can be huge.

• If I cancel my monthly website package, do I get to keep my website?

  No, our monthly packages are designed to give our clients immediate value from their website while spreading the cost of it over a long period of time. It typically takes us 2-3 years to make what we would have made if we sold the site at a one time costs, but we aim for you to stay with us based on the value we are providing for your business.

• If I cancel my monthly website package, do I keep my domain?

  Yes, even if we purchase your domain for you, it will always be your domain. We will transfer the domain to a domain provider of your choice so you can continue to use it for your business.
